Shop Pay offers payment plans for qualified buyers, allowing you to obtain the domain immediately while making installment payments. Are there any additional fees after purchasing a domain?
Yearly registration fees, which are paid to the registrar and not to DNDESK.com, typically range from $8.95 to $25.00 per year. Failure to pay these fees will result in the expiration of your domain ownership.
Can I make an offer on a domain?
Yes, we do negotiate on our domains. If you would like to make an offer, please contact us via email or phone. Our pricing may or may not be negotiable depending on the domain.
How do I get the domain after the purchase?
Shortly after your payment is processed, a Domain Specialist will contact you to guide you through transferring the domain to your preferred registrar. Access to the domain is generally available within 1-2 hours after verified payment. Processing times can vary depending on payment methods (e.g., bank ACH purchases through PayPal may take longer to verify funds, while credit/debit cards are generally verified immediately under normal conditions). Please ensure you have an account set up with your chosen registrar to facilitate a smooth transfer.
When is a sale considered final?
All sales are subject to DNDESK.com's final approval. We may cancel any order at any time. If payment has been made, a full refund will be issued. A sale is final only when the domain is transferred to the buyer's possession.
Can I transfer my domain to another registrar after purchase?
Yes, you can transfer your domain to any registrar or hosting company after purchase. After the purchase, you can create an account at the current domain's registrar or request the domain be transferred to a registrar of your choice. Your Domain Specialist will reach out after purchase to discuss the transfer process. Note that domains purchased with payment plans are not eligible for transfer until all payments have been made.
How does DNDESK.com protect and secure my shopping experience?
We process all transactions through Shopify, ensuring secure and encrypted payments. Shopify’s security features include fraud analysis and PCI compliance to protect your data. Additionally, we use industry-standard encryption to safeguard your personal and payment information.
Do you offer refunds?
All domain sales are final. If a transfer fails due to technical errors, we will issue a refund. Once the domain is transferred, the sale is complete and non-refundable. Please see our terms and conditions for more details.
